What’s the first thing that comes to mind when you read “Waffle Baby”?
Are there any delicious-sounding products on the breakfast menu? Is there anyone who tends to complain about their own indecisiveness?
Waffle Baby's birth story
Waffle Baby was first spotted on February 25, when TikTok user @viidadari uploaded a video of her newborn son Zuko, who appeared to have just woken up from a nap.
The post reads, “I sleep well.”

In the video, Zuko can be seen moving slowly, dazed after taking a nap. He was sleeping on some kind of rough mattress or pad.
It must have been a good nap because the pattern on the mattress/pad is interestingly indented on the side of his face.
Waffle baby is all the rage
The video racked up an astonishing 91.7 million views in less than two weeks after it was posted.

TikTok user @jay_s819 commented, “Baby just had the best nap of his life and his life has just begun.”
The success of the original video led to a follow-up to Zuko's Sleep Adventures. The video, titled “Grumpy Waffle Baby,” was uploaded earlier this week.
When Waffle Baby falls asleep in a carrier rather than a crib, he will swap facial patterns and pose with one leg in the air.
He looks so peaceful. Who are we to judge?
