Water Finance Conference, a two-day educational seminar for water utility finance executives, will hold its 2024 event August 6th and 7th at the Water Tower Global Innovation Hub in Buford, Georgia . Water Tower is located approximately 72 miles from Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.
The Water Finance Conference features executive-level utility professionals such as directors, general managers, CEOs, CFOs, and city finance managers, as well as consultants and financial advisors involved in financing municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater systems. , legal experts and service providers will be convened. Water Tower, the first-of-its-kind nonprofit water innovation hub born out of the Gwinnett County Water Resources Agency, celebrated its grand opening in April 2022. The $33.7 million campus is a global hub for water utilities, researchers, businesses and organizations. Collaborate with other water organizations to solve important real-world water and environmental challenges. The campus includes multiple laboratories, a field training center, and a water technology demonstration area. The facility is located next to Gwinnett County's He F. Wayne Hill Water Resources Center, an award-winning advanced wastewater treatment and resource recovery facility.
