Virginia Tech moved up two spots to No. 17 in the Associated Press Women's Basketball Top 25 poll released Monday.
The Hokies (16-4, 7-2 ACC) will look to win their third straight game heading into Thursday's home game against Virginia. They beat Georgia Tech last Thursday and beat nationally ranked Syracuse last weekend.
North Carolina State (18-2, 6-2) moved up two spots to fifth place.
Notre Dame (15-4, 5-3) moved up one spot to No. 14 after losing to Syracuse and winning College Con.
ACC favorite Louisville (18-3, 7-1) moved up two spots to No. 16.
Syracuse (17-3, 7-2) moved up one spot to No. 21 after defeating Notre Dame and losing to the Hokies.
North Carolina (15-6, 7-2), which hosts the Hokies on Sunday, dropped four spots to No. 24 after the loss to UVa.

Florida State (15-7, 6-4) was eliminated from the voting after losing to Duke.
