Russian entrepreneur Felix Demin is gaining attention on the Internet by leading tours of a former airliner turned luxury villa. A video shared by businessman Anand Mahindra shows Demin giving a tour of his villa on the picturesque Nyan Nyan Cliffs in Bali, Indonesia.
Demin converted a retired Boeing 737 into a two-bedroom home with a terrace and infinity pool. The video shows a living room with a bar, a glass portal, a sofa bed, and two bedrooms with walk-in closets. Demin converted the cockpit into a bathroom with a bathtub.

According to a CNN report, Demmin bought a retired Boeing 737 in 2021, modified the aircraft, and opened a vacation home for his stay in 2023. Villa prices start around $7,000. As soon as the video went viral, social media users praised the entrepreneur and his idea. A user said: “Just relaxing. And no turbulence.” Another commented: “Imagination meets talent.”
