“Today I found a bug crawling inside the Cadbury chocolates I bought at Ratnadeep Metro Amerpet,” Robin wrote to X.
“Are there quality checks on these expiring products? Who is responsible for the public health risk?” he asked. He also shared an image of the receipt from the store where he bought the packet.
Cadbury's response
In a response to the post, Mr Cadbury apologized for the “unpleasant experience” with Zacchaeus.
