The nine-person team includes financial advisors Richard Cyphers, Gerald Dubay, Douglas Domian, Scott Mintz, David Sacharko and Sean Sciana, as well as client service associates Aranzaz Suarez, Jake Heide and Christian Foxn. Collectively, the team oversees $1.3 billion in client assets and has more than 150 years of collective investment experience spanning multiple generations.

Rick Cyphers helps families balance short-term and long-term financial goals by considering family objectives, responsibility requirements, risk tolerance, and asset transfer expectations. Before he joined UBS in 2009, Rick served as a senior advisor at the Citi Family Office, providing comprehensive wealth management services to private clients. He earned his MBA from Dartmouth College's Tuck School of Business. An avid outdoorsman, Rick has hiked most of his trails in the Appalachians and splits his time with his wife in Glastonbury, CT and Ludlow, VT.
Jerry Dubay provides comprehensive wealth management, planning and asset preservation strategies to private clients. Before he joined UBS in 2009, he served as a senior advisor to a family office at Citi, where he advised clients on the complexities of large-capital assets. Jerry, who attended Tufts University where he was a three-sport athlete, joined Burnham & Company in 1971, providing equity research to institutional clients throughout New England. He and his wife live in Chester, CT.
Doug Domian's clients include families, corporate executives, and business owners who require multigenerational planning, and he has a strong passion for working with families with special needs children. . Doug has a unique perspective in loving and nurturing her eldest daughter with an intellectual disability, and in 2013 she received specialized training in advising families with special needs at Merrill Lynch before joining UBS. David Sacharko has over 20 years of wealth management experience. He served as a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch from 2004 before he joined UBS in 2023. David graduated from Central Connecticut State University in 2002 and currently lives in Burlington, CT with his wife and his two children.
Sean Siana entered the financial services industry in 2012 at US Trust (now part of Bank of America) and later served as a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch. Sean will join UBS in 2023 where she will focus on providing clients with tailored wealth planning advice, including trust and estate planning services, investments, retirement and liquidity planning. He has earned his Certified Financial Planner™ designation, earned his BSBA in Business Administration from Bryant University, and earned his MBA in Business Administration from Florida Institute of Technology.
