Tiger Woods appears to be ready to launch his own clothing brand.
TaylorMade Lifestyle Ventures LLC has filed a trademark application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for a potential new lifestyle brand named “Sunday Red,” for a filling first discovered by NUCLR GOLF and then reviewed by The Post The we.
The brand appears to be a partnership between Woods and TaylorMade, following the end of the legendary golfer's 27-year relationship with Nike.
Woods confirmed earlier this month that he was parting ways after being with the sports apparel brand throughout his historic career.
Woods, 48, now has his sights set on launching a brand with a logo that pays homage to his infamous looks.
All four Woods-related trademark applications filed on January 18th included potential logos for the “Sunday Red” brand.
One possible logo would simply have a black outline of a leaping tiger with a red background and no text.
Another image shows the same outline of a tiger on a white background, with the letters S, D, and R surrounding the tiger.
Two other trademark applications have the word Sunday Red written on them, one in black lettering and styled as “Sunday Red” and the other as “Sun Day Red.”
The “Sunday Red” design was filed as part of a trademark application filed on December 13, 2023.
These applications are listed as “Public” and “Pending” in the USPTO's trademark search database.
The new Woods brand will include a number of potential products, including eyewear, phone cases, luggage, wallets, wallets, bags, umbrellas, clothing, footwear and sporting goods, according to the trademark filing.
Sports equipment ranges from golf clubs and bags to balls, tees and gloves.
After Woods parted ways with Nike, he posted a lengthy tribute to the brand on his social media.
“The days since have been filled with so many great moments and memories that if you start naming them, you could go on forever,” Woods said of his 27 years with Nike. . “Phil Knight's passion and vision are what brought this Nike and Nike Golf partnership together, and he gave me a personal touch, along with all the Nike employees and amazing athletes I've had the pleasure of working with. I would like to thank you.
“People will ask if there's going to be a next chapter. Yes, there is definitely a next chapter. See you in LA.”
