How to make bread “gulab jamun”
To make this attractive gulab jamun, you need to take slices of white bread and use a knife to remove the brown corners. In the Instagram Reel, Sibuna is seen cutting these bread slices into the shape of small cubicles. Soak these parts in milk for 2 hours. This time allows the bread to absorb all the milk and become very creamy. After soaking these breads for 2 hours, take them out and knead a suitable dough from the mixture.
Make small balls from this dough. Next, you need to fry small balls in oil until golden brown. Next, make a sugar syrup by adding cardamom to the sugar and water to add flavor. Sugar syrup needs to be boiled until all the sugar is properly dissolved. Once the sugar syrup is ready, you need to dissolve the gulab jamun balls in the syrup so that the sugar syrup gets absorbed properly. Gulab jamun can be decorated with silver leaf or dry fruits.
