Around 200 people took part in a 15km cycling expedition in Bukit Riada, RPN Kampung Pangkor yesterday to promote the importance of a healthy lifestyle.

Mohammad Hilmi bin Haji Ahmad, Deputy Village Head of RPN Kampung Pangkor Zones 1 and 3, said the program aims to encourage village residents to actively participate in physical activity, regardless of their age. He said they are promoting a healthy lifestyle among the villagers.

The cyclists made a pit stop at the Brunei Radio Television parking lot and returned to Bukit Riada.
The Ministry of Health hopes that HEAL and similar programs will help solve problems related to non-communicable diseases such as obesity, cancer and heart disease.
