Small white fluffy dogs are trending at the Anne Arundel County SPCA. We're working to get to the bottom of it. But for now, our newest white fluffy dog is fresh!
He is a 5-year-old Shih Tzu mix with a personality that far exceeds his size. He's good on a leash, housebroken, and friendly towards other dogs and cats (although Jimmy the office cat was Jimmy).
He's been surrendered because his owner moved into a rental home that refuses to accept animals, and he's looking for a comfy couch to watch the Super Bowl before, or at least the Puppy Bowl.
Speaking of the Super Bowl, bring your pup to Annapolis Mall and Paws at the Mall for a lap or two on Super Bowl Sunday from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. It's the annual Hearts & Hounds Mall Walk for puppies. I love Shih Tzus so I spent some extra time playing with Fresh and he would be a great addition to any home. He is very happy to sit next to you with his legs stretched out behind him, chase balls and toys, and play a little rough and tumble. Is your home in his future?

Would you like to make an appointment at the SPCA of Anne Arundel County to meet and adopt a dog, cat, or small animal? Animal viewing at the main shelter is available Tuesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. . You can see small animals and cats at Paws at the Mall Boutique in Annapolis Mall.
