UK-based premium activewear brand Sweaty Betty has announced the appointment of Kelly Williams as Chief Marketing Officer.
With over 14 years of marketing leadership experience in the sports sector, Mr. Williams most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer for Myzone Group LTD, a connected fitness and wearable technology brand. Prior to that, he served as CMO of Jim Spin/Hard Brands. He then worked at Nike for over 10 years and has held various leadership roles including Nike Training and Nike Global Football. The start of multiple England national team campaigns and the UEFA Women's Championship.
She is also a board member of Badu Sports, a charity that aims to empower young people and their families through sport and coaching. The executive is also a former international hockey player for England and Great Britain, winning 96 caps and medals at the World Cup, Commonwealth Games and European Championships.

Sweaty Betty was founded in London in 1998 and has grown into a notable global women's activewear and lifestyle brand. In 2021, the sportswear company was acquired by US giant Wolverine Worldwide for nearly £300m. The brand has retail outlets across the UK, Europe and Asia and is stocked in luxury retailers such as Selfridges, Harrods, Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom.
