Samosas, a traditional Indian snack, pair well with sweet and spicy chutneys. But have you ever thought of having samosas in Manchurian cuisine? This combination sounds exotic, but a street vendor was recently spotted making this. When a video showing this unique fusion was shared, many raised eyebrows.
This clip was shared by food blogger Chahat Bhalla on Instagram. It depicts a street vendor breaking samosas on a plate. Then he adds pieces of Manchuria to it. This is topped with green and red chutney and onions.
While sharing the video, Barra wrote in the caption of the post, “Manchurian + Samosa = Mamosa.”
