Fontainebleau Las Vegas officially opened on December 13, 2023. Las Vegas Convention CenterFontainebleau Las Vegas features a 150,000-square-foot casino with 42-foot ceilings and 3,644 hotel rooms and suites.
Stay here: The 67-story resort features numerous luxury amenities, including a 6-acre elevated pool deck, a 14,000-square-foot fitness center, and a 55,000-square-foot two-story spa. Standard rooms range in size from 488 to 660 square feet and offer mountain or Strip views. Automatic curtains open and close with one touch.
Meeting here: The 90,000 square foot, three-story, multi-functional theater seats approximately 3,800 people and includes pre-function space for groups. The conference center features 550,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor customizable meeting and event space. On January 24, the Conference Center hosted Las Vegas Preview, an annual event and mini-trade show produced by the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce.

Dining here: With restaurants in Miami, New York, and Mexico City, KYU serves unique wood-fired Asian cuisine in an open kitchen with views of the Las Vegas Strip. F1 Grand Prix Pit Building & Plaza
Located just off the Strip at the corner of Koval Lane and Harmon Avenue, Grand Prix Plaza officially opened for its first opening last November. F1 Heineken Silver Las Vegas Grand Prix.
Need for Speed: The multi-purpose complex is currently open as a year-round private event destination and will soon feature interactive experiences, exhibits, merchandise stores and more. The 39-acre site includes the state-of-the-art Las Vegas Grand Prix pit building, his F1 home in North America.
Meeting here: Located approximately five miles from Harry Reid International Airport (LAS), Grand Prix Plaza boasts 39 acres of indoor and outdoor entertainment event space for private events. French flare: Open in January, Brasserie B by Bobby Flay We offer delicious and unique French inspired cuisine for brunch, lunch and dinner. Located across from the Nobu Hotel entrance, the restaurant features an L-shaped bar with a lounge that connects to the main dining space, and a raw bar with a canopy that spills light onto the tables below. The cozy dining room, which seats 140, has a classic Parisian feel with blown glass chandeliers, cane-backed chairs, and handcrafted subway tiles. The menu is a fusion of French cuisine and Flay's creative touches.in brunch menuI tried the Pain Perdu (French toast) with blackberries and whipped cream fraiche and the thick-cut bacon with honey Dijon and thyme.
Bellagio: vault &Lago
of Bellagio Resort and Casino We will celebrate our 25th anniversary in 2023. With 3,900 rooms and suites, the hotel has more than 200,000 square feet of convention space.
Secret Spot: Vaultwill open in August 2023 and will have a capacity of around 30 people, so reservations are required. It's tucked away behind a nondescript doorway just outside the casino floor, near the table games. Inside the Vault is a dark, cozy lounge with velvety banquettes and a bar stocked with some of the most expensive bottles in Las Vegas. The signature handcrafted cocktails cost about $55 each. The main attraction is the bar's collection of vintage and hard-to-find spirits. For example, we have a bottle of Bacardi from the 1960s, when rum was bottled in the Bahamas, unlike in present-day Puerto Rico.
