Craft breweries and other alcoholic beverage manufacturers have found ways to tweak recipes and market certain beers and RTDs as “better for you” than other options. I respect your efforts, but alcohol isn't actually good for you. The good news is, who cares? Breweries can be honest about their products and support (and go along with) healthy practices. Snack after training. A joint celebration after the match, etc. Here are two examples of titles you can share for this week's craft beer marketing ideas.
Sweetwater Brewing has announced a new partnership with the Atlanta Track Club. Atlanta Track Club is his second largest running organization in the United States, providing world-class running events and training programs with community support in the Atlanta metropolitan area. As the official beer partner of all Atlanta Track Clubs, SweetWater supports Atlanta's running community and celebrates the benefits of an active lifestyle. This includes participation in all Atlanta Track Club events such as the Peachtree Road Race and Publix Atlanta Marathon Weekend.
“We are excited to partner with the Atlanta Track Club and support their great efforts,” said Ty Gilmore, President of U.S. Beer for Tilray Brands, which currently owns Sweetwater. Ta. “As a brand with deep roots in the community, we believe in supporting organizations that inspire individuals to live balanced, active lives and foster a strong sense of community through shared experiences.”
“Atlanta Track Club CEO Rich Kenna said: “We believe this partnership will enhance the overall experience for our participants and provide them with a well-deserved celebration after their accomplishments.”
In conjunction with athletics, it can also be applied to outdoor and environmental activities, which are closely related to the mission of many craft breweries.
In Cincinnati, the Cincinnati Off-Road Alliance (CORA) partnered with Madtree Brewing to host the 2nd Annual Bike & Trail Expo, bringing together outdoor enthusiasts to celebrate trails and the natural environment.
CORA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing vibrant outdoor communities in the Cincinnati metropolitan area and Northern Kentucky. Their vision is to give every mountain biker, hiker, and trail runner easy access to high-quality, versatile natural surface trails right from their front door.
MadTree Brewing is known for its community-oriented approach to business. They support the environment through initiatives such as planting more than 5,000 trees a year and maintaining a 100% wind and solar powered facility. Additionally, MadTree Brewing recently achieved B Corporation certification. This means they have joined a global movement of companies leveraging business as a force for good and meeting the highest standards of social and environmental impact. Less than 0.2% of American breweries are B Corp certified, and in Ohio, MadTree is the only one.
“MadTree's brand and ownership are clearly aligned with outdoor recreation and the environment,” said Doug Hart, CORA board member and Bike & Trail Expo director. “It was a natural choice for them to host the Bike & Trail Expo as we have seen their unwavering support for other nonprofits in the outdoor sector. MadTree's management team has been involved in the expo's success. We have helped CORA build a valuable platform to advance shared-use nature trails in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.”
