PTI Security Systems, a provider of access control technology for the self-storage industry, held its first “Tech Days” for employees in February at its “Center of Excellence” in Kennesaw, Georgia. The two-day event included product demonstrations and facility tours to prepare staff for new technology releases the company will release later this year, according to a press release.
The PTI Education Center is equipped with workstations, meeting space, and two technology labs. During the event, team members saw how company products are developed, tested, assembled and shipped. They also participated in hands-on experiences to learn about keyless Helox padlocks, next-generation AP-1 keypads, and ProEdge smart latches, the release said.
