Tarnowski has more than 30 years of experience in the cruise and travel industry in marketing, brand, revenue management, sales and reservations. Over the past 20 years, she has held senior marketing positions at companies such as Crystal Cruises, Regent Seven Seas Cruises, and Silversea, and in 2002 she was also part of the launch team for Hotels.com.

Mr. Tarnofsky will lead all Sea Dream Yachts and his club's global marketing efforts, including digital, advertising and brand positioning, as well as lead the development and execution of the company's global marketing strategy.

Kari graduated from Vanderbilt University and lives in South Florida with her two sons. She will join SeaDream from February 12th and will report to Andreas Brynestad.
