Chris Rogers, who has lived in the Lowcountry for the past 10 years, recently signed a contract with Carolina One Real Estate's Somerville Cane Bay/Nexton office.
A native of Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina, Rogers graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a master's degree in public administration.
Prior to choosing a career in real estate, Rogers served as Vice President of Sales for Lincoln Development Company.
Additionally, he was the city planner for Shallotte and Belleville, North Carolina.
In Charleston, Rogers served as an adjunct professor of government at Trident Institute of Technology from 2015 to 2022. A self-proclaimed Navy brat, Rogers lives on Oahu, Hawaii and enjoys golf, the beaches of Charleston, and playing jazz on his piano.

Chris Amodeo is a newly licensed and new addition to Carolina One Real Estate Services' Isle of Palms office. Amodeo is a native of Schenectady, New York, and earned his MBA from Empire State University, State University of New York, a public institution founded in 1971.
Before choosing a career in real estate, Amodeo served as a senior manager of operational excellence at Aspire Bakeries and as an operations manager at Amazon.
Rogers, who is married with two children, enjoys biking, running, golfing, and the beaches of Charleston.

Elizabeth Parker Dover, who has lived in the Charleston Lowcountry region for the past 16 years, is a native of Frankford, Delaware. She received her bachelor's degree in educational science from Salisbury University in Dover, Maryland, and her master's degree in educational technology from the College of Charleston.
Dover is currently employed by the Charleston County School District as a teacher of gifted children. Mr. Dover will also join Carolina One Real Estate in its Isle of Palms office.
