Singapore-based proptech startup Propseller has appointed Deniz Kavak as head of marketing, Kavak revealed when contacted by MARKETING-INTERACTIVE.
In this regional role, Kavak will be responsible for building Propseller's brand to be the first choice for property owners and property seekers through strategic branding and communications efforts.
Kavak will also be responsible for recruiting, developing and managing the marketing team and will have full responsibility for a wide range of marketing activities.

In parallel, Kavak combines product-driven growth, performance marketing, and innovative tactics to drive lead generation and optimize conversion funnels.
As Head of Marketing, Mr. Kavak is poised to develop and execute Propseller's marketing strategy and help the brand achieve its vision of dominating Singapore's real estate market.
When contacted by MARKETING-INTERACTIVE, Kabak said it aims to do so through targeted consumer research and comprehensive marketing efforts.
In his new role, Mr. Kavak will report directly to Adrien Jorge, Founder and CEO of Propseller.
“When I joined Propseller, I was immediately struck by the sheer talent, passion and ambition of the team here,” Kavak said in a conversation with MARKETING-INTERACTIVE.
“We are working to transform the real estate landscape by setting new standards for what our customers can expect. By leveraging this momentum and further elevating our brand, we will dive into and unlock the next stage of growth. “I'm very excited about what we can do,” he said. .
Prior to his role at Propseller, Kavak served as Flash Coffee's head of marketing for Asia Pacific for three and a half years. At Flash Coffee, Mr. Kavak built his in-house marketing department from the ground up and employed his marketing team across six markets in various departments such as growth, digital, offline, social, his media, and PR. did.
We also conducted marketing campaigns to launch more than 250 stores in Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and South Korea.
Finally, he oversaw marketing strategy for the region and was responsible for driving sales growth and brand awareness.
Prior to founding Flash Coffee, he served as co-founder and head of marketing for SEA at Flowerstore Group in the Philippines for two years.
This news comes months after Flash Coffee ceased operations in Singapore as of October 2023.
