Pet of the Week occasionally features local fur babies already living in happy homes in Lebanon County. This column may also spotlight animals that are available for adoption through local shelters and are looking for forever families.
This week we're introducing you to adoptable Flossie!
Life is short, smile while you still have teeth…if this isn't Flossie's personal motto, it should be.
Mika Stiefel, president of Pitties.Love.Peace, said Flossie is a 7-year-old female with a pure personality who weighs 45 pounds.
Mika says that although she is affectionate, she “tends to be nagging, so the family needs to understand this.” She's also a “rough and rolling gal when she's playing” and an “A+ for snuggling with both humans and dogs when they're tired.”
Micah added that Flossie walks well on a leash and is always happy to go out for Sunday drives. She is food curious, a snack expert, crate trained, and lives in the house. It's still unclear how she will interact with cats, but she “could be formally tested as an approved applicant.”
PLP is looking for a loving family for Flossie to spend the best years of her life with. If you think Lola would be a great fit for your home, click pittieslovepeace.com to submit an online application.
