On Monday, the show's host, Minihane, decided to test the baseball knowledge of the producer, a self-proclaimed “hard-core baseball fan.” The hosts decided not to stop YouTube or the Rumble livestream until Coleman guessed all 10 of MLB's all-time home run champions.
Coleman got half of the list in the first few hours, and after getting three more, he remained behind Thome (612 home runs) in 8th place and Frank Robinson in 10th place. In his 21st hour on the stream, Coleman finally found Robinson by combining random first names.
On Tuesday, Minihain made a gaffe when he said Thome's name, but Coleman was too busy guessing to catch it.
“Just like Tom Selleck, Jim Thome is still trending in the US. I hope he's okay,” Minihane said of the 1988 Limestone High School graduate while scrolling through Twitter. .
Jim's wife, Andrea Thome, appeared on the show with the help of Minihane's best friend, Dan Katz. She gave Coleman several tips, including Andrea revealing her husband's famous batting stance, the teams he played for, and his hometown of Peoria.
“Do you know Coleman, Peoria, Illinois?” asked Minihane, affectionately known as “Podcast Jesus.” “…Johnny Carson always uses Peoria as an example…Would he play in Peoria? He would say.”
At one point, Thome's wife accidentally said Jim's first name. Before hanging up, Andrea left Coleman with one final clue regarding his one of Thome's nicknames, “Tome-nator”.
“This nickname is based on a movie also starring Arnold Schwarzenegger,” Andrea said. “How about that?”

Coleman quickly guessed “Terminator,” but as of noon Tuesday, or 27 hours, he still hadn't named Thome.
