Brown Physians, Inc. announced David Melo as senior director of information technology. This decision was made as part of the organization's continued efforts to advance its technology infrastructure and maintain the highest standards of information security.
Melo currently serves as BPI's Information Technology Manager and brings more than 25 years of experience to his new role. As the driving force behind BPI's current IT infrastructure and phone system design, Melo has demonstrated outstanding expertise in implementing innovative solutions that align with the organization's strategic objectives.
He was appointed senior director of information technology following the retirement of interim chief information officer David Hemmendinger. The Board of Directors expresses its deep gratitude to Mr. Hemmendinger for his dedicated contributions during his tenure.
