ten lifestyle group announced Thursday a new partnership with Global Travel Collection (GTC), the world's largest collection of international luxury travel agencies.
The company, which trades with AIM, announced it will provide expertise in luxury lifestyle services to GTC's 1,300 travel advisors under a multi-year agreement.
The partnership is aimed at enhancing GTC's advisor services for leisure travelers, corporate executives and the entertainment industry, the company said.
As part of the partnership, Ten said it will leverage its knowledge in the luxury lifestyle sector and provide advisory and organizational services in areas such as restaurants, entertainment and shopping.
The partnership is expected to begin in the coming months following an implementation period.
It is expected to be a “moderate” contract for the first full year, which Teng defined as being worth between £0.25m and £2m.
“We are delighted to be partnering with GTC, the world's largest collection of international luxury travel companies,” said CEO Alex Cheatle.
“This partnership is a significant milestone for Ten, bringing our expertise in fine dining, shopping and entertainment directly to the best in the luxury travel industry, and strengthening our commitment as a leader across multiple luxury consumer channels and geographies. We reconfirm our position.”
At 1120 GMT, Ten Lifestyle Group shares were up 0.63% at 80p.
