PAHS's April 14th Pet of the Week.
Platteville Autauga Humane Shelter
Saber is a 3-year-old female pit bull mix who must be spayed before she can be adopted. She was found near a busy road and brought to her PAHS by city animal control. Saber is gray with gorgeous white markings. She is a really beautiful girl! Although she looks big in her photos, she only weighs 30 pounds and she won't get any bigger. Saber was shy and shy when we first started making pictures of her. After a few minutes, she became the class clown. Saber was torn apart and went wild. And she rolled on the grass again and again. Then she decided to bring out her inner beauty queen by posing like a runway model for her photo. Saber has a very big personality, she loves being outside and loves being the center of attention. She will be fine with her children, but I don't know how she will interact with other dogs. If you have other dogs, we recommend scheduling a meeting with your dog to see if Saber will get along well with your dog. Saber is just fun and she is sure to bring joy to her adopter. She is the perfect size to fit anywhere.
The dog/puppy adoption fee is $100. Adoption fee for cats/kittens is $50. Our adoption fee includes a microchip, microchip registration, deworming, vaccinations (as required by age and law), and a free examination by a veterinarian at a participating business. Your pet will be spayed/neutered before adoption. Alternatively, a spay/neuter certificate will be issued to help cover the cost of spay/neuter surgery. Unless otherwise indicated under “Special Needs”, our dogs have tested negative for heartworms.
