Oma Savings Bank Plc 2023 Annual Report and Financial Statements Published
The 2023 annual report of Oma Savings Bank Plc (OmaSp or Company) has been published in Finnish and English on the website https://www.omasp.fi/en/investors. The Annual Report 2023 includes a report by the Board of Directors, group and parent company financial statements, and a sustainability report.
We also publish a corporate governance statement, a capital and risk management report and a remuneration report in Finnish and English.
OmaSp also publishes the Finnish version of the Board of Directors' Report and Financial Statements as XHTML files in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. The main statements in the consolidated financial statements are tagged with XBRL. CPA KPMG Oy Ab endorses the XHTML file and his XBRL tags it contains.
