NYC Health + Hospitals today released the third episode of its new podcast, “The Remedy,” featuring leaders and health care providers from the nation’s largest municipal health system. Episode 4: Women's Health We look at how New York City's public hospital system is expanding women's access to health care at a time when many women across the country have limited access to health care.Host Dr. Michael Shen is joined by NYC Health + Hospitals physicians Dr. Marisa NadasClinical Lead for Reproductive Health, and Dr. Wendy Wilcox, Chief Women's Health Officer. Together, they will discuss how NYC Health + Hospitals is expanding telehealth and in-person reproductive health services to everyone who needs them. Michael S. Shen, MD, is a primary care physician at NYC Health + Hospitals/Woodhull and the clinical director of Woodhull's Primary Care Safety Net Clinic for People Experiencing Homelessness. Dr. Shen was recently selected as a Health Affairs Podcast Fellow and created his three-episode series on Safety His Net Hospital. He is also an artist working in watercolor, acrylic, mixed media, and digital media.
