MyMichigan Health acquires Ascension St. Mary's in Saginaw, Ascension St. Mary's Town Center, Ascension St. Joseph in Tawas and Ascension St. Mary's in Standish, totaling 396 beds across all facilities. becomes.

Dr. Lydia Watson, president and CEO of MyMichigan Health, said Ascension St. Mary's Hospital in Saginaw is home to the region's only comprehensive stroke center, which will become MyMichigan. He said it will be a new centerpiece for Health's patients.
The transaction is expected to close this summer, following completion of third-party and other processes.

Additionally, if telehealth options are available, patients at various Michigan facilities, including Alpena Hospital, may be able to virtually visit health care professionals at the new facility.
