JACKSON, MI – Molly and Beatrice are just two of the many pets finding loving forever homes at the Cascade Humane Society.
A bundle of joy, 6-year-old Molly is ready to add some furry love to your life. This energetic girl loves people, treats, and play.
Molly has extensive experience with cats, dogs, and children, so she would make a great family dog. She is also an adventurous girl and she always looks forward to long walks and car rides. Molly also already knows some commands such as “sit,” “down,” and “come.” She will want to use the treats as motivation to learn more.
If you're looking for a loving companion with whom you can always have fun, Molly is the one for you. She is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped, and her heartworm test was negative.
Beatrice is a beautiful black and white short-haired domestic kitten. She has great eyes and very soft fur.
Beatrice really loves people and is very friendly. She loves children and she cuddles with children and other humans. She is very playful and she likes crunchy toys, balls and Actinidia.
Beatrice can be picky about her feline friends and doesn't seem to like dogs. She will live best in a home where she can be the queen of the castle and the only pet.
CHS estimates Beatrice's age to be between 18 months and 2 years old. She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations and parasite prevention, microchipped, and tested negative for FeLV and her FIV.
If you think Molly or Beatrice might be your next perfect furry family member, come visit us! Cascades Humane Society, 1515 Carmen Drive, is open Tuesday through Saturday from noon to 6 p.m.
All dogs and cats at Cascade Humane Society are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and parasite-protected before adoption. Those who adopt a pet will also receive a free health check from 24 local veterinarians.
Dog owners who wish to adopt another dog must meet with their own dog and the dog they choose to adopt.
CHS has added services to its spay/neuter assistance program. This service is available at the time of a scheduled spay or neuter and includes vaccines, heartworm testing for dogs, FIV and FeLV testing for cats, and dental procedures.
CHS also has a pet food pantry to assist families facing financial hardship. CHS accepts donations of cat or dog food as long as it is in its original packaging. Donors can drop off food by the pole barn at the back of the facility. The pet food pantry is open the first Saturday of each month from noon to 2 p.m.
