Troy, Ohio – Today, the staff of U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio) hosted a roundtable discussion at the Miami Valley Veterans Museum to improve the health and disability status of veterans harmed by exposure to toxic substances while serving in the military. The bill is named after Sergeant First Class Heath Robinson, a Central Ohio veteran who was exposed to the burn scars during a year-long deployment to Iraq in 2006 and died of lung cancer in 2020 at age 39.
