Meet the four pets available for adoption at Burke County Animal Services

This boy is about 2-3 years old, loves scratching his head, and gets along well with other cats. He wants to find a home where he can relax and enjoy the simple life.

iris This cat has striking green eyes that stand out against its gorgeous black coat. They get along well with other cats and dogs and are around 1-2 years old. Although she snorts from time to time, she is healthy and ready to find a new kingdom to rule.

jumping beans Her blue eyes will melt your heart. This gorgeous girl can be shy, but she gets along well with other dogs and cats. She is still in leash training, but she loves carrying stuffed animals around.

roadie It could be your new brown-eyed girl. This brown and white dog is 2-3 years old, loves walks, and gets along well with other dogs and cats. Animal services staff say she just needs to find her forever home because she is the sweetest.

Animal Services is currently in need of food donations for the Community Pet Food Bank, which helps pets of people in need. Donations can be dropped off or mailed to Burke County Animal Services at 425 Kirksey Drive, Morganton, NC 28655.
