Virtually complete pet portraits are back at the Greater Androscoggin Humane Society.
It's been three years since this great fundraiser picked up pace to help our furry friends in need. And this beloved fundraiser is back and better than ever! A fun and upbeat event, GAHS matches submitted pet photos with volunteer artists and the magic of the portraits is created.
When the portrait is revealed, a surprise occurs. You never know whether you will be matched with a professional artist or an aspiring artist. Your volunteer artist could be an aspiring graphic designer, or an elementary school student who makes his best expressions with crayons. You never know what you're going to get, but every portrait is made with love and helps us fund it. Greater Androscoggin Humane Society.
A donation of just $25 covers the portrait of one pet, which will be randomly assigned to a volunteer artist. The final portrait will arrive in digital or physical format, depending on the artist's medium. This is such a loving way to honor your furry best friend and support such a great cause.
