ROGERS, AR — A new luxury pet hotel just opened.
Early today, owners and Rogers locals Dawn and Max Bachman joined the staff to open the 7,300 square foot K9 Resort of Rogers.
The grand opening included a ribbon-cutting ceremony, pork dishes from local restaurant The Grazed Board, and an appearance by Hype Coffee's food truck.
During the event, local residents will also be invited to tour the resort “to see first-hand the beautiful Italian flooring, intricate architecture, luxurious executive suites with flat-screen TVs, and breathtaking chandeliers.” It is stated in the release.
There are over 30 K9 Resort Luxury Pet Hotels nationwide. This is the first of its kind in Arkansas.
“Often referred to as the Ritz-Carlton of dog hotels, Rogers' K9 Resort provides local families with best-in-class dog day care and boarding services. Guests enjoy state-of-the-art amenities such as premium Kuranda bedding, micro vans, and more. “The floor features an advanced hospital-grade air purification system and is cared for by an attentive, well-trained, dog-loving staff,” the resort said in a release.
The resort is located on West Pleasant Grove Road near All Pets Animal Hospital and the Razorback Greenway.
The new location will add approximately 23 jobs to the local economy and accommodate 150 dogs for boarding and 105 dogs for daycare, according to the release.
