Statesboro, Georgia – Georgia Tech baseball scored six scoreless runs in the seventh and eighth innings to earn a come-from-behind victory over Georgia Southern, 7-4, on Tuesday night at JI Clements Stadium.
The Yellow Jackets (4-0) fell behind early and were down 0-3 at the end of the first inning. However, RHP Logan McGuire He settled into his first start in 315 days, pitching three more scoreless innings and striking out a career-high seven batters to keep the game within reach.

The Jackets return home for a five-game series at Mac Neese Baseball Park at Russ Chandler Stadium, starting Friday, Feb. 23 with a game at Cornell University. First pitch is set for 4 p.m. and will be broadcast live on ACC Network Extra.
