Carey Mulligan's strapless Balenciaga dress featured a mermaid silhouette, with matching opera gloves and a pleated tulle skirt. Stylist Andrew Mukamal, whose clients include Margot Robbie and Billie Eilish, dressed Mulligan for the Oscars.
