(NYSE: ITT) today announced that Michael will be president of its Connect & Control Technologies (CCT) business, reporting directly to CEO Luca. – Announced the appointment of Mr. G. Goudet. Savi. CCT, one of ITT's three segments, is a leading manufacturer of connectors and control components for critical applications in the aerospace, defense and industrial markets. Mr. Goufde will be based at CCT's headquarters in Irvine, California.
Mr. Guhde joins ITT from Illinois Tool Works (NYSE: ITW), where he led a large global business serving the automotive industry through the development and manufacturing of highly technical components. In this role, he oversaw several business improvements that led to consistent and sustainable increases in customer satisfaction while driving significant increases in profitability. He also led the creation of a business unit dedicated to electric vehicles (EVs) to meet growing demand.
Prior to joining ITW, he served as General Manager of the Industrial Cylinders and Hydraulic Cartridges Division at Parker Hannifin Corporation (NYSE: PH) after leading worldwide sales and marketing for the Hydraulic Cartridges Division from 2005 to 2013. I worked there for over a year. During his time at Parker Hannifin, he also held increasing responsibilities across sales, operations and engineering. Guhde holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio.
