This sweet little boy is lonely, starving, and weak, and wanders into Walmart looking for human help. He weighed only 29 pounds. A kind soul took him in and worked tirelessly to find him a rescue partner who would nurse him back to health and find him a wonderful home.
That's where Animal League comes in! Once in our care, we made sure that Wally received the best medical care possible. This cute boy was so hungry that it turns out he was eating plastic and stones…yes, stones. His stomach was full of them. Fortunately, Wally was able to overcome all the stones on his own without surgery and is eating whatever he wants. He has gained 16 pounds, eats like a champ, and is learning to never go without food.
Wally is looking for his forever family. He is a boxer blend yearling. He's a good boy with lots of puppy-like energy and ready to see the world. He is a very sweet boy and is friendly with everyone he meets. Since he has lived alone for a long time, he would benefit from having a family member to help him with basic manners. He loves going for walks, running and playing in the garden. He is also potty trained and will need to fit into your home and schedule.
