Yavanika Raj Shah, an X user who was traveling from Bangalore to Bhopal on IndiGo, was shocked to find that the cushions on two of her seats were missing. Later, Shah sarcastically shared about the incident on his micro-blogging platform. She also added a photo of a seat without a cushion. After the post went viral, airlines also responded.

IndiGo also wrote in the comment section, “Ma'am, thank you for speaking with us. The seat cushions were replaced before the flight for cleaning. Our flight attendants promptly informed the customers who were assigned these seats. This “Ha,” he wrote. Cleaning during transportation will be carried out as standard if necessary.
