A ribbon cutting was held Jan. 18 at the opening of Integrated Services for Behavioral Health, located at 2730 Washington Blvd. in Belpre. Staff, leadership teams and representatives from the City of Belpre and the Belpre Regional Chamber of Commerce attended along with company representatives. The City of Belpre was represented by Mayor Susan Abdellah, City Councilman Nate Godfrey and City Councilman John Ambrosie. On behalf of the Chamber, First Mutual Bank Vice President Tammy Belcher, Shriver's Pharmacy Director Austin Hilberding, Main Street/Farson Street Car Wash and The UPS Store Belpre Executive -Directors Karen Waller and Bob Rauch were in attendance. The company provides services such as community behavioral health operations, counseling, family counseling, recovery, affordable housing and homelessness assistance.
