Hollyoaks star and I'm a Celeb Owen Warner has spoken out about his encounter with an angry dog owner who left his pet in a locked car.
Warner posted a video on Instagram showing two small white dogs left locked inside the car, fearing they wouldn't be able to get oxygen because all the car's windows were closed. It showed what it looked like.
Warner took the car into his own hands and stayed by the car for two hours waiting for the owner to return.
The Hollyoaks star, who plays Romeo Nightingale, had just finished a show on Hits UK radio when he discovered the dogs and began filming the incident, which took place in an underground car park.

The video then shows the pet owners walking to their cars as Owen says, “I left my two dogs there!”
