Stars including Harry Bailey, sheryl lee ralph and kerry washington They brought shades of green to the red carpet at the 2024 NAACP Image Awards in Los Angeles on Saturday.
According to Pantone, tones of emerald, chartreuse and olive were trending at New York Fashion Week for Fall 2024. The company released its Fashion Color Trends Report last month, naming leafy shades like fern, aventurine and golden palm as the three most popular colors favored by designers.

Bailey chose a strapless emerald green dress from Nicole + Felicia Couture that featured rosette detailing and a mermaid silhouette. The “grown-up” star is adorned with diamond drop earrings and a ring. The singer and actress was styled by Nicole Goodman, who has been working with Bailey since 2022. Goodman also curated the look for Bayley's mentor, Beyoncé.

Ralph's one-shoulder Georges Hobeika dress features a flowing chiffon cape and gradient sequins and is from the label's Fall 2023 collection. The “Abbott Elementary” star accessorized with W. Sala Moon earrings and a gold Saint Laurent tribute to his platform. Stylist Ivy Coco Maurice dressed Ralph.
kerry washington
Washington wore a corseted Vivienne Westwood dress with reflective material and a floor-length train. The actress added gold, diamond and emerald jewels from Bvlgari and completed her look with daccoli heels. Washington was styled by Rob Zangardi and Mariel Heng, known for dressing Jennifer Lopez, Lily Collins, and Hailee Steinfeld.
