This can be made with vegan vanilla yogurt or the regular dairy variety. If you're not into strawberries or blueberries, you can replace them with your favorite diced fruit.
Enjoy Tuesday's trending recipe for Frozen Yogurt Bark with Berries. Use the following materials: elm city market:

- 2 cups vegan vanilla yogurt (plain is also fine)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
Instructions
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine 2 cups vegan yogurt, 1/4 cup maple syrup, and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
- Spread the sweetened yogurt mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Top with 1 cup of sliced strawberries, 1/2 cup of blueberries, and 1/4 cup of shredded coconut.
- Freeze until solid (about 2 hours).
- Cut it up and enjoy!
