David, affectionately known as Dave, was born in Brick Township and died at CentraState Medical Center, according to his testimony. Obituary.
Dave most recently served as vice president of marketing and advertising for the Drug Enforcement and Law Enforcement Administration (LEAD) and worked in radio for many years, according to his obituary. His LinkedIn profile shows that he has held marketing positions at several different radio and media agencies.

“How is that possible?” LEAD Executive Director Nick DeMauro wrote on Facebook. “In my career as Executive Director and CEO, I have been fortunate to never have lost a colleague.
“Since the beginning of this year, I am devastated by the unexpected passing of two great colleagues. Rest in peace, Brett Alemy and Dave Kirby, your legacy at LEAD. They will be remembered and recognized. Both received the organization's special award for exemplary service over the past two years.'' Rip the Men! ”
a gofundme A group set up for the Kirby family said Dave's death was unexpected. He leaves behind his wife Suzanne and three sons.
“Everything about him was special: his sarcasm, his love for his family, his smile,” campaign founder Susan Stojkovic wrote.
“What an impact Dave had on everyone who was lucky enough to know him,” one donor wrote on GFM's page. “He always had a twinkle in his eye and a story to tell. He was one of the most generous, kindest, most compassionate people I have ever known. I will miss him. I guess.”
Another recalled his “pragmatic cynicism”.
“Dave was a mentor to me during a difficult time in my life,” a third person wrote. “His humor, sarcasm and endless Simpsons references will be sorely missed.”
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 21st from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Clayton & McGill Funeral Home, Freehold.
The funeral mass will begin at 11 a.m. on Thursday, February 22, at St. Gabriel's Church (main church), Marlborough. Burial will be in St. Gabriel's Cemetery and Chapel Mausoleum.
