His expertise includes consumer behavior, customer insights, brand development, and business strategy.
Sarkar conducted extensive research on the state of benefit segmentation needs to inform the development of destination portfolio strategies. He also led marketing efforts, identified Vivel's market strengths and weaknesses, and executed both short-term and long-term marketing plans through targeted micro-market campaigns.
