F2 Strategy, one of the most well-known wealth technology companies, will be able to strengthen its solutions for financial services companies with its second acquisition in less than a year.
F2 Strategy, a Chicago-based wealth management technology services company, has acquired SKY Marketing Consultants, a professional marketing consultancy. The St. Louis-based company specializes in providing branding and marketing advisory services to asset management companies and their advisors.
With the acquisition of SKY, F2 said it will combine its technology implementation and consulting services with marketing strategies and solutions to serve companies across the wealth management industry.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, but are largely motivated by marketing industry expectations. According to Allied Market Research, the marketing technology industry is expected to grow in revenue by 416% by 2032.
As a result of the acquisition, which was completed in early February, SKY co-founder Jeremy Jackson will become F2's chief marketing officer, and co-founder Liz Fritz will continue to be involved in strategic growth initiatives as a director.
