As the avocado toast vendor's video gained widespread attention, some wondered if he was facing losses.
A food vlogger shared a video of a vendor selling 'street style avocado toast' for just Rs 250. This fruit, expensive for some people in some regions, is considered a health food and has permeated every lifestyle.
A video shared by @BhukkhadNumber1 on YouTube shows a vendor carrying a carton of ripe avocados from his car to a food station. Next, toast slices of brown bread until golden brown and cut and mash creamy avocado. For an Indian twist, add green chutney, salt, and squeeze half a lemon over the mashed avocado. He adds finely chopped onions and tomatoes to the mix and garnishes the toast with various seeds.
