eastenders Actress Jacqueline Jossa has explained the lifestyle changes she has recently made.
Actress Lauren Branning recently participated in a Q&A on her Instagram Stories, where a fan pointed out that her look had changed recently and asked if she had done anything to change her look.
“I really think so. I'll talk about it someday, but nothing drastic or too big. I'm just trying to move more, train three times a week, sometimes more, sometimes less, and try to eat better. ” she answered.

“Honestly, over the last eight months or so, my mindset has changed and I've just gotten really into it. I'm so much happier. I actually still have a ways to go, but mentally I'm a lot better. .”
When asked to elaborate more, Jossa said she didn't want to go into too much detail about her exercise routine, but said, “I love gym classes. Back in January, Jossa talked about having been in therapy since she was 17, highly recommending it, and explaining that she struggles with anxiety on a regular basis.

Things will get even more tense between them next week when he tells her he won't be able to make it for her birthday because he has a date.
