The Queen said the Princess of Wales would be “very pleased” to receive posters from well-wishers during an afternoon visit to Shrewsbury.
Camilla made the comments during a visit to a farmers' market where she met two young girls who signed autographs for Duchess Kate after her cancer diagnosis.
The Princess of Wales revealed in a video statement on Friday that she is undergoing preventive chemotherapy.
Her visit comes amid claims that Prince Harry is waiting for an “apology” from Prince William after “years of tension”.
