Drew McIntyre transformed into a real-life villain after approaching life in WWE and following CM Punk. Not only did the star openly share her feelings about the stars she disliked, but she also didn't stop herself from ruining big moments by taking cheap shots. Now, Starr has launched an insensitive attack on CM Punk.
Punk suffered a torn triceps injury during the 2024 Royal Rumble. Unfortunately, this injury could keep him out for 4-6 months. This means the star will miss WrestleMania 40, but he was hoping to finally be in the main event this year.
It may be postponed for now, but even after the emotional announcement, that didn't stop McIntyre from mocking and attacking the star on this week's WWE RAW. But he wasn't limited to that.
He continues to tease Punk's injury on his social media.
He posts videos of himself working out on his Instagram and TikTok. In the video, he attacks his CM Punk in two ways. One method is more direct than the other.
I was drinking it from a prime bottle at first, and I'm sure Logan Paul would be happy with it. He then petted the cat and then turned on a Meek Mill music video. dreams and nightmares, clearly shows how a punk dream turned into a nightmare. He then walked over to the gym equipment and said, “Time to work on your triceps.” He started training, winking at the camera.
CM Punk's feud upon his return will likely be with Drew McIntyre
If CM Punk returns to WWE after his recovery, there's a good chance he'll face McIntyre before getting into a title shot. By then, Drew McIntyre might also be champion given his new heel character.
There's still time before Punk comes back. At this point, it remains to be seen who Drew McIntyre will face, but as he has stated many times before, he is interested in Seth Rollins.
