On Monday, stocks rose in the wake of last week's gangbuster rally, with the Dow breaking above the $38,000 mark for the first time.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 138 points, or 0.4%, to close at 38,001.81. The S&P 500 rose 0.2% and the Nasdaq Composite rose 0.3%.
The S&P 500 index also closed at a record high of 4,850.43.
The Dow's year-end price target is in the range of $34,000 to $45,000, according to Capex.
The S&P 500 index entered bull market territory on Friday, rebounding more than 20% from its lows and setting a new record.
