Rep. Judy Chu (D-Pasadena) will host a free health fair at the Pasadena Senior Center on Friday, March 15 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Organizations such as Huntington Health, Hearing Center, Pacific Clinic and Pasadena Village will be on hand to provide participants with information about health and hearing screenings and Medicare health plans.
In honor of the 14th anniversary of the passage of the Affordable Care Act, Chu will also update attendees on legislation that strengthens the health care system, Social Security, and Medicare.
The Senior Center, located at 85 E. Holly St., is a donor-supported nonprofit organization that operates without local, state, or federal funding and provides seniors with social interaction, fitness programs, and basic We provide support and needs services, as well as educational opportunities. , volunteering and community work.
