YORK COUNTY, S.C. (CN2 Today) – On CN2 Today’s Pet of the Week, Mary Beth from the Humane Society of York County introduces Dutton and Spiky. Watch the video above and the photos below.
Introducing Dutton, a charming dog with a personality as big as his head. This funny dog has a contagious smile, a bit of a ham, and is always ready to show off his cheerful demeanor.
During his journey, Dutton came to HSYC as an owner surrender, where it was revealed that he had been abused in the past. Now it's Dutton's turn to find true love, stability, and happiness in his forever home.
At about 3 1/2 years old, Dutton is full of life, love, and eager to embark on new adventures. He has undergone essential veterinary procedures including exams, vaccinations, neutering, and microchipping, and is ready to meet his future family.
With a moderate to high activity level, Duttons are hardy companions that thrive in active environments. They especially enjoy walking and hiking, and are an essential part of their owners' lives.
Duttons are friendly with other dogs, but due to their strength, they require an individual or family who is knowledgeable about dogs.
This enthusiastic pup is eager to take part in training sessions and promises to show off his amazing talents soon. Dutton is ready to be a great partner for the right person, couple or family.
If you are ready to welcome a loving and energetic pup into your home, Dutton would be happy to meet you!
Check out Spikey's undeniable charm. She is an adorable tabby cat whose sweetness radiates in every moment.
This cheerful and funny cat came to HSYC as a stray 122 days ago. In the meantime, Spiky has made it clear that he is a worthy member of the family.
Currently living in the cat room, Spiky spends his free time exploring the space and enjoying the interaction with other cats.
Spiky is 2 years and 10 months old and oozes life and joy. His photos are a heartwarming story of his love for bed, a simple joy he may not have experienced before entering HSYC.
Like all of our beloved pets, Spiky is spayed, vaccinated, tested, and microchipped to ensure his health and well-being. If you're looking for a playful and loving companion, Spiky is ready to bring joy and warmth to your home.
